Somewhat anyway. Nick had to reformat my laptop, so I lost everything. Kinda. I had saved my bookmarks, passwords & stuff I had downloaded but hadn’t had a chance to back up. Now comes the tedious task of restoring my bookmarks (next time I’ll know to save the .json file) & all my passwords. Just got all my pretty pretty fonts reinstalled. Now I have to do my programs. But not right now. Right now I need to get finished fixing dinner for my kidlets cause I have to go out for a little while. I’m excited, my Mary Kay sales director found an adoptive director here so I can attend the sales meeting. Off to finish dinner & get ready to go.
I am having major computer isses. I think my laptop is dead. Nick’s been working on it, but it’s not looking good. Keep your fingers crossed he can fix it or he decides to be nice & let me have an early bday present. LOL.
I am SO tired today. The hubs came home a day early, he was supposed to come in late tonight (around 3 in the morning) but he texted me last night asking if I could pick him up around 8:30, that he was in Milwaukee. Ummm lemme think on it HELL YEAH. So I go out to get him & my dang GPS had me going a way I had never been. Also I haven’t been anywhere at night in a pretty long while (w/me driving that is) so I was kind of feeling a little out of my element. Also w/the new way to the airport, I wasn’t all the thrilled w/the drive. But I made it there right after he landed. Thank GOODNESS he texted me when they landed so I could ask him which airline. OOOPPS Forgot to ask him when he told me he was boarding in Milwaukee to come here. But it was all good, I got there, let him drive home. He’s the world’s worst passenger. Even he admits it. I didn’t tell the kidlets he was coming (told Shane obviously, he had to keep the kidlets while I was gone). Nick got up when Shane’s alarm went off. Apparently Sean was already in the living room, sitting on the couch. Nick said he literally did a double take when he saw him. “DADDY!!!!!! But I thought you weren’t coming til tonight?” We had to take Justin for his brace fitting today & when Nick went in the school to pick him up, he saw one of the ladies that does the Dadventures. She told him Sean was ALLLLLLL excited about Dadventures tomorrow morning & that his Daddy had come home to go with him. He’s so sweet!
But I am exhausted today. The dog got up 3 times last night to go potty (it was frikkin freezing out there, too!) And I’ve gotten used to sleeping alone. Nick gives off so much body heat, being next to him under the covers, I end up dying from heatstroke. But it was all good last night. I was freezing, he was warm, it worked! Until I got hot. lol And Abby, oh man. She was mad. OK, so I haven’t been sleeping alone, I’ve had Abby. And that lil wiener can take up 1/2 the bed. Anyway, Abby’s gotten used to sleeping right up against my back. Well, that’s fine & good when it’s just me & her. Doesn’t work out so well when it’s me, her & Nick. lol She kept pushing against my back, which would push me up against Nick’s back. Had a heater on both sides. But I kept waking up cause of Abby being a bed hog & her pottying all night & Nick’s snoring. But it’s OK, cause I’ve missed hearing that snore. Too bad he’s only here until Monday, then he heads back.

Have ya’ll done the FlyLady thing? I am & I’m loving it. It makes for keeping the house clean SO much easier. If you’re not following the program (sounds like a 12 step or something!) this is what I’m going to be doing tomorrow:

Now I don’t have a whole lot of shoes. Shoes are not my ‘thing’. Purses are. BUT I have culled out a whole bunch of those & don’t have too many left. But right now my thing in my closet is the pile of clothes for donation. I’ve been pulling clothes out, folding them up & put em in a pile on the floor of my closet. I’ve got a pretty good pile going on (down 25 lbs now! woohoo) but when I go out I always forget to get them to take to Goodwill.

I got a text this evening from my friend Scott announcing the birth of their son, William Edward. He was born at 4:10 PM CST & weighed 7 lbs, 9 oz & was 20 1/4 inches long. Both Mama & baby are doing great.
Yep, this is another boy. Kim & I had a deal. If this was a girl I got her. She said she just couldn’t handle another girl (she has 1 already). We made this deal when she was pregnant w/Gabe. Who just turned 1 on Nov 20, BTW. Yes, they know what causes all these babies. She’s a nurse! lol

This is SOOOOO me right now. I had to get a new phone, mine was draining the battery & chirping while I was talking like I was getting a text but I wasn’t. The superawesome people at Verizon got me a new one ordered, same model & everything as the one I had, even pink! I get it the next day. Go to my local store to have everything moved over. All my music, pics, contacts & such got moved. Not my calendar. AARRGGGGGG You’ve GOT to be kidding me?! If something isn’t in my calendar, I don’t know about it. Doctor’s appointments, no school days, early release days, birthdays, anniversaries, other special days. All gone. I very seriously almost bawled when I saw my calendar entries gone. Like Justin has an appointment next Wednesday for a brace fitting. No clue what time. Why? Cause I had it in my calendar & a reminder set for far enough in advance that we’d be ready & be there on time. And it takes 15 forevers to get ahold of someone at PT/OT to find out what time. I think I might go back up to Verizon & beg see if they can move my calendar stuff. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
This is gonna be a quick post. I’ve got to FedEx something to Nick he needed today (something’s trying to tell him he shouldn’t be gone!) that he forgot. I’ve got a couple LOs to share.

I don’t really want much. I’d like for the hubs to stay in town & a Silhouette SD. Hubs saw an ad at Big Lots for a Cricut Create for $99, but that lil booger only comes w/1 font & the font cartridges cost $60-$70. Umm, no thanks.

The UPS lady just left. I’ve got 5 boxes of Mary Kay stuff!!!! I swear, it’s like Christmas all over again!! Off to go unpack my boxes (and yes, take lots of pics)!!

I know, I know, I should have posted this WAY earlier today. I want to wish my Gramma a VERY happy birthday. Don’t tell anyone, but it’s her 80th. Love you bunches Gramma!!!!
I just checked the status of my Mary Kay inventory order while I was talking to my friend Hayley (she’s the one who got me back into MK – thanks Hayley!! *kisses*) & literally squealed. It’s in transit!!! I’m hoping it gets here tomorrow, but I’m looking more at Friday.
We decided to move Sean back into Justin’s room (so they can share a room, don’t know yet what housing will be like when we move, so I figure go ahead & get them used to sharing again!) but poor Sean’s room gets so cold in the winter. His room is on the outside corner (right across the hall from mine) like mine & those 2 rooms are always so cold. When it’s really cold like it’s been lately I just let him sleep with me. He talks me to sleep. lol I think I’m going to put my Mary Kay store in that room Sean’s leaving. It doesn’t freeze in there (just gets cold) so my products will be OK. The boys are all excited about my new business venture. They both wanted to carry my business cards to school with them. My lil sweethearts.
Welp, I’ve got the start of a headache so I think I’m going to go ahead & head off to bed. Seeing as it’s 19* outside, I’m betting Sean’s in my bed & once I put Abby in there, we’ll all be toasty warm. Ya’ll have a great night!!!

We had Justin’s birthday party yesterday (on Saturday) & we really had a great time. Some friends of ours came, Beth & Brandon & their brood. They crack me up, they have 5 boys & finally had a girl. She’s the lil angelbaby in the last LO. They used to live behind us & we’d swap kids back & forth all the time. I also give her quite a few (OK, dang near all) of the clothes my boys have outgrown. I got to hold a sleeping baby girl. Talk about an awesome feeling!! Sadie is a doll & Beth is looking fabulous. Their kids are always so polite & they are such neat kidlets.
Speaking of his party, I’ve got to get Justin to write out his thank you notes. He can & loves to read, but he hates to write. His brother Shane all over. lol
